I have an old HP NC4000 laptop. It has two USB ports, and one of them is a Powered USB for External Multibay. I use it to connect the external DVD-ROM drive that came with that laptop. Now I want to use that external DVD-ROM with a different laptop, but I can't figure out how to connect it. That powered USB connector looks like a regular USB connector but with a small stick next to it. How to plug it into a regular USB port? Is there some sort of adaptor that I can use?
