    1. I have an HP Photosmart Printer. It works fine and prints everything properly, but on the LCD display, the date and time are just Jan 00 00 0:00a. This happened in the past, but when it's connected to my computer it always updated the time. Now it doesn't seem to update it any more. Any ideas?

    2. My parents have an Epson Stylus CX4600 printer. The software that it comes with doesn't allow you to print pages in black and white only. Is there any 3rd party software or something that would allow me to do this?
