I'm looking for a padded laptop backpack for college that can fit a 15.6 inch laptop, and I could use some advice. Budget is 130 (but I can go higher if necessary). Thanks in advance :)

    Requirements:
Water proof or water resistant (Water proof preferred)

Good padding (I'd definitely prefer it if there was padding on the bottom. It's something a lot of
    laptop bags seem to miss)

Durable (Able to last 4 years of college)

Space for school supplies (notebooks, textbooks, binder, pencils, etc.)

Be an actual backpack, not a shoulder bag

    Have good weight distribution

That's all I can think of for now. Once again, thanks!

Take a look at them Deuter Giga Office. I have been using that for a couple of years and still good. There are times that I shove 3 laptops in it and lug it with me on me bike. I have not much worry even when riding in the rain with it. Doing what I do there were times that I lugged powertools in that also. It has better strap attachment design that most pack that I have seen. Mind you that we dont have that many choices over ere with current exchange rates and there are lots of fakes too...
