    Hi guys,

I am having weird problem with my wifi connection on my brand new 13R2 (windows 10, killer 1535AC).
I can perfectly download (30mbs) but sometimes the upload does not work at all.
I already try to repair windows, to switch between 2 GHz and 5 GHz, to update killer driver and the dell test said the card is OK.

Sometimes it works perfectly in upload (10 mbs ) sometimes it is about 0 or 0.1 mbs.

Can it be an hardware problem?
I am wondering if should ask for a new wifi card (is it soldered?)

    Thanks

Check if you're getting consistent upload speeds on another laptop first to rule out an issue with your internet connection.
    The wifi card is replaceable.

    I did, it works flawlessly.

I read on a MSI forum that removing the Killer software package and installing drivers only can resolve problems with this wifi card.
If it was an hardware issue it would block the wifi permanently no? I suspect a windows 10 compatibility issue...

First of all fully delete everything from the killer driver package. After that install the latest version and turn automatic updating off in Windows 10. I had problems with the Killer network suite in Windows 10 but it seems to be fixed after I did this.

    Thank you for your help.

May I ask you a little more details in the procedure?
    How to delete everything?
Then should I install the Killer full package or just the driver alone?
Regarding the W10 update how to block the update for this particular driver? I guess that if I block all W10 update I will run into others problems

First i did the uninstall of the whole software package. After that I went to the device manager control panel, right click the network drivers and clicked on uninstall. After that a reboot and reinstall the latest driver package from their website.

TO turn automati driver updates off right click on "this pc" > properties > advanced system settings > hardware > device isntallation settings and select never install driver software from windows update

You will receive windows updates but no automatic drivers updates. WHich already caused trouble 3 times on my system.

Well it seems to be more complicated because it works fine in the wifi network of my office.
Altough I have also a 17R2 with a killer card under windows 8.1 that perfectly work at home.
Which parameters in my wifi box can block my 13R2 uplaoding?
