    new alienware 15 big problems

    please help
    i just received this weekend
    it's the 4k screen with gtx 980m gpu
    my errors are when launching a game or installing or removing the nvidia drivers
    iv'e tried just about every driver, the latest drivers seem to be the worst
    i always do a clean sweep of the drivers in safe mode to get rid of the old ones
    iv'e been trying for 15hrs to get a game to work
    tried another drive with a fresh install of windows and still the same
    my errors are video-tde-failure nviddmkm.sys
    and crashes with recovery of windows: windows kernal mode display driver stopped working
    also when i uninstall nvidia drivers fans go very loud and it will lock up half way and i need to reboot and do again.
    please help?

    Not a lot, told them the problem and offered me a return for refund
    It was from dell outlet so won't give me a new one,
    shame i really wanted it, still shipping these with a 180watt adapter though!!
