hi there, currently im using thermal grizzly kyronaut + standard thermal pads in my aw17 r4 atm, when gaming my temps are typically around the 60-63c mark on cpu and 59-61c on gpu. my question is, would i benefit from liquid metal vs kyronaut on a non-overclockable 6700hq? would the temperatures be much different, or is it only worth going the liquid metal route if i had a overclockable cpu?

With those temps I honestly wouldn't bother. Could you get better? Maybe, it will probably depend on your ambient temps, but at those temps ( which are great btw ) then you have literally nothing to worry about temp wise. Most people would kill for those temps.

ah ok, ty for replying, i did run a heaven + prime95 stesstest, the cpu ended up at 73c, but i think thats an unrealistic senario since ive heard thats a power virus of sorts anyways, worst i saw was 64c on cpu when playing guild wars 2 in a heavy 50+ player battle, which is a very cpu intensive game
liquid metal or not, need some advice please
