hi. i noticed from dell and intel website that there is a update for my intel HD graphics 4600. in the dell website it says intel graphic driver version 10.18.14.4251 and for bios a04 and in the intel website it says version 10.18.14.4264 which i believe is the latest driver. my question is which driver should i download when my current bios is a00 and not a04? also when i update my nvidia graphic card i alway use Display Driver Uninstaller. should i use DDU as well on my intel graphic card? and if so what will happen to my desktop display when the intel graphic cards is used for desktop display and nvidia is for gaming? teach me whats the proper way on updating intel driver when its the main desktop graphic driver. thanks. sorry for the bad english.

It does not make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things which Intel driver you want to use. Unless you are trying to use Intel graphics for gaming, it really doesn't matter what driver you use as long as it is stable. No, don't use DDU for the Intel graphics driver update. Just install the new driver over the old one. I've never seen any reason to use DDU for Intel driver updates.

Just use the one from Dell. They have tested it and it should not present you with any unexpected issues. The one from Intel may be fine as well, but using the one from Dell should eliminate any guesswork or chance. Since it shouldn't contribute (or detract) from your discrete graphics performance there is probably no advantage to using the newer driver from Intel.
