    how to overclock the display ?

    guys I am new with AW laptop (aw 17 r4)

    How can I overclock the display? i have full hd IPS

    when I go to control panel>Nvidia I see only 3D Settings.....

    You are using Optimus. You cannot overclock your display.

    You have to put it in performance mode by pressing FN & F7 and then reboot. Then your options will be available

    It will be under "Change Resolution." My 15 R3 with a 1080p 60Hz IPS could only overclock to 64Hz, which was disappointing.

    Did anyone try to oc the 4k igzo screen?

    FYI, max stable on my 4K igzo screen is 63hz on automatic settings. If you go above that it's skipping frames, so overclocking is not really worth it tbh.

    Thanks to you my screen is now at 75Hz ! It's the FullHD Panel on the 17 R4.

    17r4 1070 1080x1920 60hz panel

    Can only hit 74Hz before the display goes completely bonkers. :(

    Want to find part numbers for replacement display. 1080x1920 120hz would be nice.
