    16gb ddr4 ram
    1tb hdd, no ssd
fhd ips antiglare 300 nits display
    2x 240w power bricks
    windows 10 home

Hmm very difficult since 900 euro game laptops are already more speedy than that. I think around 700 euro at most.

hmm i shouldve been a bit more elaborate.

in my country we did not receive any of the new hardware, the laptop market is utter garbage, they even resorted to getting laptops with no OS to drop the prices wherever they can.

there are some hp laptops with 7500u, radeon r7 440, 8gb ram, and windows 10 home that go for 15000egp brand new.

i saw an aw 17 r3 just like mine (except it has a 512gb ssd + the hdd) that goes for 47500egp brand new from retail, so i put mine up for 33000egp negotiable.

additionally there are more factors than just the processor, ram, and cpu; The screen resolution and quality, the cooling performance, the build material amd quality.. etc all matter too

If you have leftover warranty and it's in good condition - 75% of current retail price of similar devices
If you have no warranty and good condition - 60% of current retail price of similar devices
If you have no warranty and it's scratched up - 50% of current retail price of similar devices

Those are my rules of thumb when selling if I want a quicker sale. As always, that may vary depending on a LOT of factors - these are just my general thoughts and personal outlines.

it is out of warranty and in like new condition, i tried to increase the value by offering some software to be preinstalled for the buyer, a few performance tweaks (gpu 14% oc, cpu - 130mv undervolt), and also 1 extra power brick, i know 33000 is more than it will sell for, but if i set the starting price lower it will sell for less than it should.

The thing is, a Geforce 965M is really a low performer and the 1050TI thats offered in budget gaming notebooks runs circles around it. It will really be a tough sell.

you'd think so, but so far the laptop market is absolutely bare, all hardware being sold here is the maxwell generation, and the lower end at that, outside of the gaming laptops the best you can get is a 940mx, and i don't think the situation is going to improve soon because of the increasing prices and taxes.

plus there are other factors involved, you can't compare the TN panel on a dell inspiron 7567 with the ips antiglare panel on the 17 r3, or the build quality and materials, or the cooling.
