Hi guys,
So I've had numerous issues with using the Alienware Amplifier, but those issues have now resolved themselves having now worked out not to use the USB ports on it...
I've done a couple of fresh windows installs as a troubleshooting process and I'm not sure how or whats happened but there's clearly come driver conflicts of sorts and as a result my wireless headset isn't being correctly installed no matter how many times I try to install it, bluetooth isn't working correctly and there's also some strange devices in "other devices" tab.
I've tried to uninstall these random devices, but they always get found on reboot and I can't install the drivers by clicking update driver.
I've attached an image of the issue.
now that everything is generally working and I've set everything up the way I want it, I'm trying to avoid another fresh install of windows, so any work arounds would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys!!

update: ALL of the unknown devices are related to Bluetoioth devices, I've only ever connected one device and that was a Dual Shock 4. Which subsequently no longer connects anyway.
So clearly the issue is regarding the Bluetooth drivers and the Siberia 840 headset drivers, I need a way to completely remove these drivers from my system and then re-install them.. Any Display Driver Uninstaller type programs to help me accomplish this? -
driver issue, easy way to fix without fresh install?
