    windows 10 - Alienware 17 R2 cpu I7 4980 HQ

    cpu always below 0,78 GHz

    after a call to Dell support: problem known after last windows update ...

    My machine needs a bios update
    i got the bios update via mail from the tech guy
    intalled the bios and ....

    well done and thanks Dell guy, problem fixed

    my cpu runs from 0,8 to 4 GHz
