hi folks, ive now ordered the right m2 ssd for my alien thanks to you guys helping me out,i still cant get the 1tb working just to tide me over till i get the new ssd and think its not set right in the bios ? what settings should i be on as i done restore defaults but it wont boot into windows,if i press f12 go to enter setup the fixed hd is there st1000lm024 hn 1000gb but im still getting error PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM ?

if the cable is not plugged back to board properly then it wouldnt be showing up in setup would it ?

still learning my way around this thing im not a computer genius i fit windshields for a living !

gonna scrub this drive anyway when the ssd comes but its annoying me why it wont boot windows on the 1tb as its installed on there before all my problems started

Go into the bios and boot settings and enable UEFI and Secure Boot

Here are the settings of the R2 model. Sata operation can be set into raid mode as well if AHCI fails.

Turn uefi on. Download and usb win10 installation and check if you can install it on the 1tb drive.

The windows key is stored in the system bios. So you can always reinstall it.
