just wondering if any one has the 3840x2160 uhd and if so how do you like it

got the small ssd because ebays ssd are cheaper and easy to install

anyone know if their is an msata port on motherboard if so i have a 512gb msata that i am doing nothing with at the moment

Ordered Nov. 16 just got this email today

We’ve finished customizing your product and are sending it from our factory to the shipping center. Below is a summary of what we’ve completed. We’ll email you again with tracking info as soon as the local carrier picks up your package for delivery.

 

WTF lol I ordered mine on the 15th and haven't heard anything lol. Lucky you!

 

Its certainly possible that somebody canceled an order with the same config as yours, so you got "bumped up" so to speak; or it could be that your configuration was a more common one that they already had on hand. Either way, hope it arrives in time for the holidays!

 

I haven't received an email about mine, but on the Dell order page mine says "Your custom-built item is complete" but it hasn't shipped yet. Does Dell ship products on Saturday's? Also, what carrier do they normally use?

I have been checking my order on Dell's website daily and it updated to system being built overnight. My estimated delivery date is the same as yours. I'm hoping it comes on Tuesday because I have to work a 24hr shift on Wednesday and would like to bring it to work with me. My specs are:

i7 6820HK
1070 GTX Video Card
FHD screen
16gb 2400Mhz RAM
256gb + 1Tb Hard drives
1535 Killer Card.

 

i have been checking every few hours i think i am about to break their check order status button and my wife is breaking ups tracking button she just bought a Microsoft pro 4 it was shipped friday it is at the ups 20 mins from here but they don't delver on saturday and sunday it is killing her

hope mine comes Tuesday as i am off Tuesday and Wednesday it would be a sweet 2 days off

i just chatted with dell about the gtx1080 didn't give me a release date but said i can return up to 30 days for full refund i hope it comes out in the next week or so

 

Haha. I'm doing the same by checking my order status lol. I don't think I'll return mine for the 1080 unless mine is plagued with problems and the price difference is $300 or less. Anything more than that is to steep for me lol.

 

Any luck on a tracking number? My status hasn't changed and no tracking number for me. Hopefully I'll wake up to a tracking number and estimated delivery for Tuesday!

i got that same email on a Monday. It shipped 8 days later. Must be a long long way from the factory to the shipping department...

 

never got the shipped email but it says shipped on dells sight checked # fedex no scheduled delivery date available at this time

this almost sucks as the gtx1080 is out today guess i will keep it for 10 days or so then return for full refund then order the gtx1080 and take the down graded screen to keep the price down some

 

Mine doesn't even say it's shipped. Mine just says it's complete. The shipped blue section is not filled in yet... I was hoping to have it by Wednesday, but it doesn't look that good for me.

 

Hey Guys, Have you received the alienware? I made the order 11/26 and I was checking the support (12/02) and they asked me to make the new order. Today I received the email that my custom built was completed but the support didn't confirm it. they asked me to make another order. I said that I will wait from this order but I'm afraid about I will never received it.
