Been having issues since i purchesed an Alienware 15r2 in Feb 2016

Have had the board replaced twice, by a Dell tech.

The laptop quit working a third time, called support said they would send me a reburbished Alienware since they cannot get this one repaired correctly, I received the new Alienware, and out of the box the computer would not power on. DOA

Called again Dell on May 29th they are supposed to send me another laptop, i recieved no emails nothing from them, called again June 13th apparently they forgot about me, and still have no updates at this time.

Now im waiting on a call back from Dell to see whats next.

i would like to just get a refund and pretend this whole experience never happened. Unbelievable

Thats not even logical and i really doubt this. Speakers cracking occur because most speaker cones are still made by hand. It just happens. But apart from being connected by a wire it is almost impossible that it kills your motherboard. Most issues known regarding the motherboard now is a bios that bricks the motherboard which now has a fix.
