Why do my AW17r3 fans won't slow down after a full load ([email protected])

Most of the time once the CPU was stressed (e.g. gaming, stressing...), the fans go roaring @>5000rpm but never slow down even on idle. Is it normal to a overclocked 6820HK? I need a total reboot(manually shut down and start up the machine instead of pressing reboot) to cure the noisy full-loaded fans every time.
I've done my repaste w/ mastergel maker and the idle temp is 30-45C before a stress; after a stress the idle temp is 40-60C.
This annoyed me so much, could anyone plz release my concern? I googled the issue for a long time and failed to get an answer.
    BIOS ver 1.3.10, settings are 40 40 40 40 0 100000 100000
Sorry for my bad Eng but hope someone could know my meaning and help me out.
    Thanks a lot.
    @iunlock could you plz help?

I have to turn that on for overclocking I bet lol
Btw I just reflash my BIOS seems to have the things sorted, I'm checking if it indeed solved it

    Things aren't yet sorted.
But it acts weird; During the fans roaring abnormally, they go normal and slow down themselves to a normally "right" speed when there is something loading, like starting up League of Legends client. But then it roars again when it is done loading up.
Similarly, when I'm playing witcher 3, the fans adjusted themselves to a normally right speed when loading up. Even in game when the temp. isn't that high driven by the excessive fan speed, they would adjusted themselves to the right speed too. However, when I close the game, the fans roar again.
I mean, WTF how could this happen?

Edit: It won't slow down anymore even when loading things after a logout and login...

You could use custom fan curves using HWINFO

I'm using it, but it is not that adaptive enough comparing to the original control by default, so I want to kill the problem instead of "sticking band aid".
Hwinfo would "jumping" around the set rpm instead of "sliding" gradually, which annoyed me a lot

Before exiting HWINFO sensors fan profile page, you need to Set Fans to System Auto. First click on GPU fans System Auto and then CPU fan System Auto buttons.

I'm now just setting my power limit lower to 92990, which is the point where the fans won't roar
Performance is sacrificed tho, running out of ideas
