Which BIOS for 180W PSU?

Hello,
My first alienware laptop is arriving in a few days and I've been reading all the posts about the issues and I know that the best option is 240W PSU + A00 but I couldn't find info on 180W. Which BIOS version would you suggest? I will get a 240W PSU ASAP but I don't know how long that will take since I'm not in US or Canada. Here are the specs if they are necessary:
Alienware 17 r2
4710/4720HQ
GTX 980m
256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD

Also I read that there are heating issues on BIOS versions other than A00 but can't you manually control the fans via HWinfo on those BIOS versions?

One more question: Can I damage the system if temps go really high? I mean like 90-92 degrees celsius high.

im on a00 with 180 PSU and a 970m graphics card and the temp are idle 40-50 , max temp on playing dota 2 is 78 celcius.
as far as i know alienware 17 r2 with a 980m needs a 240 PSU and best bios is a00 and just make sure dont put your laptop to sleep coz it will throttle and if it happens you need to restart your laptop.
a05 fixed the throttle when laptop sleeps but temp is horrible. so get a00. ^^
