    When will they announce the AW 13 R3?

    I want to see if it any lighter/portable than the current 13 and if it will have an option for a quad core.

    It's already been announced, and it'll be released in November. However, details about it aren't final (such as RAM, CPU, GPU, etc., but images of it can be found on Alienware's Facebook page).

    As far as I can tell, it's not lighter. But it will house a desktop GTX 1060 and needs to cool it, so... What do you expect?

    It better have some sort of quad-core! That's all I'm saying.

    I think we're still going to be stuck with ULV CPUs but they will most likely be Kaby Lake.
