CPUz, Wprime,7-zip are good for assessing CPU perf.

Firestrike and other 3D Mark tests are the standards everyone tests their gaming computers with if you are looking to compare results

I would say things like Unigine Valley, and OCCT are good for checking stress test temps.

Firestrike is the one people tend to use to compare their score to other machines.

Also after running the laptop few times, I noticed that it will hiccup occationally on just simple tasks ex. Clicking the Start Menu, Right-Click Refresh etc. Maybe its the problem with the laptop or could be one of those alienware softwares.

What do you guys suggest regarding the temps? Should I talk with Dell or do thermal pasting myself? or maybe something else?

The max temp is terrible. As expected due Dell's Tripod cpu heatsink mess!! Return it and ask for refund.

Is your 1070 with stock frequency like you wrote it in your description ?

I have +225 core and +100 memory (micron) and my graphic score is : 5927...

If ever i was running stock frequencies, my score would be a lot lower...

Sure nice scores, but you have a config which cost twice our...

    Keep in mind we have 6700hq / 1070 and not 6820hk /1080...

Yep fair point. When I bought mine (black Friday) there were some crazy good deals so it wasn't double more expensive but maybe that is all there is now (if the1080 is even still available which I don't think so)
