You might have to disassemble the screen and align it properly. Maybe @judal57 and @rinneh can help.

Its impossible pretty much for the wcreen to tilt considering how it is mounted.

Also it seems to be a graphic glitch? Bbecause the upper left icons appear to be rendered nornally. Isnt it the desktop wallpaper.

If it is physical, maybe one of the screen layers on the inside has shifted. BUt its impossible that the whole screen tilts inside.

Doesn't look shifted the screen. It's something else. The desktop icons looks parallel to the bezel

Thank you all for the suggestion. Yes the desktop icons look normal, even I take screenshot it look perfectly and look like only the light filter inside screen only tilted.

It only appear on the physical, but I don't know how to fix this issue. Never found this issue before.

It looks like something happened with one of the layers in the LCD itself. I haven't opened any modern LCD panels but the older ones had different layers of glass/plastic/etc. Looks like something physically shifted in the panel itself.

    http://www.lcd-parts.com/polarizer.aspx

That page shows what I'm talking about.

Edit: Didn't see that Rinneh posted the same thing about the layers. My bad.

one time i opened a LCD and saw that layers, definitely NOT RECOMMEND to open it. that layers are an insane footprint magnets and you literally cant clean them
you are going to see your fingerprints on the display when you re assembly
