I was tired of slow USB speeds on USB 3.0 so I went ahead and bought USB C/3.1 dual 64GB flash drive by Sandisk. Now even with this I get speed of 20Mbps. It starts to go up around 70 and then comes down to 20mbps. I thought I should be getting approx 150mbps on USB - C port. What's the issue?

See if disabling AV helps in increased speeds?
