    Just logged in to help you out, i would def get someone to look/return it, i have my 7820HK 17 R4 at 4.2GHz all 4 cores (OC LVL 3 on BIOS K1.0.9) properly crunching away converting 50GB HEVC video files with CPU pinged at high 80s Celcius and the lid is closed (should be hotter) for 11 hours straight and still going

    i opened it to check with my hand and it was barely warm (the whole area under the screen and where the power button is etc)
