I am having a most unusual problem with my AW13. Some days when I get on my home wireless network, the AW13 kills the network! I mean when I try to use Microsoft's Edge my network goes down and my other mobile devices such as my iPhone, iPad and MacBook pro cannot see the network. My wife's laptop also loses it. Tonight I was playing a game on the AW13 (Heart of the Storm) and had no connection problems. Then I thought hmm let's try Edge and see what happens. Wham the wireless network goes down and cannot be seen by any device. I shut down the AW13 and restart the network and all is well.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? Oh and my AW13 uses Edge while at work with zero problems.
    Thanks.

I've ran into this problem a few times (although not with Alienware). Your wifi adapter in your laptop is most likely tickling a bug in your router firmware causing it to crash. Things you can try:
    1. Update your router firmware (best option)
    2. Change your router security mode to something else or a different type of encryption.
    3. Update or downgrade your wifi drivers

    Good luck! :)

So I deleted all the tabs I had open in Edge and the problem went away. I believe one of the websites that I had open was causing the problem. Was it willful is the questions now.
