    Does that not bother anyone? The fact that the GPU and CPU are all soldered on so if one thing fails, you have to replace the entire thing not to mention you can't upgrade the gpu or cpu without replacing the entire mobo.

    It seems to bother most people in this forum. There are many threads on this issue in the Alienware section of this forum.

    Im not really bothered by it. I will probably only have the Laptop until the warranty expires and move onto the next.

    Those who owned the m11x already know what this is like. Those who owned the m14x or 14 partly know what it's like.
    I'm used to it on small laptops.
