I've gone and purchased one :D

Been browsing the Dell outlet site for a couple of weeks, yesterday an offer popped up of 15% off.

As I've got a vive the laptop had to have the 1080gtx,there were a couple within budget and I pulled the trigger on one.
It's listed as a 'scratch/dent' return so will see how it is when it arrives. Usual spec of 6820, 1080gtx, 16gig ram, 512gb m2 SSD, 1TB 7200 and the 120hz QHD screen. Got it for £1637 with a years warranty.

I've owned a couple of xps/alienware laptops before (had 'the beast' m1730) so am well used to overheating issues and speaking to tech support for hours on end and arranging engineer call outs, lol.

Will be following the guides for repasting and sorting out heat issues so expect me to be a regular on here!
