I am really frustrated of slow restart, it gets stuck on restarting windows for long time ~5min to ~10min. I have updated all the drivers as well as Windows and the problem still persists. Please suggest the fix.

Did you open up Alienware lately? I mean adding drives/RAM sticks?
Probably a glitch. I'd advise you to remove backpanel and disassemble only SSDs and RAM sticks. Wipe the gold contacts with a clean cloth and do a power reset just in case to drain that electrons. Hopefully your PC will be starting at normal speed. Verify you're using newer RAID drivers from Dell.
