I noticed today (my attention was always on CPU, GPU and PCH) that my SSD (PC401 NVMe SK hynix 256GB) is constantly very hot.
Averages 74 degrees with normal tasks, maximum temp 82.
The only way I managed to bring it lower (still hot tho) was attaching a cooling base, bringing it to a minimum of 66 degrees.

This is "Drive Temperature 2", while "Drive Temperature 1" stays on 44 degrees average.

    Is the SSD faulty?
What kind of issues can this cause?
Is there anything I can do about it?

Nvme drives tend to run hot unfortunately. But slot 2 is also the slot with the least airflow.
