My girlfriend managed to get a drop of nail glue (essentially superglue) on the palm rest of my laptop. Is it possible to remove this without destroying the soft touch finish in the process.

    Any help is appreciated

Nail polish remover eats all the plastic. Really dont try. Alcohol also tends to eat the soft touch finish over time. No clue how you can remove ot though. I think thr glue melts with the surface.
