I've been hearing rattling for quite a while now but I thought it was because one of the plastic tabs from the bottom cover broke off from me being too rough with it. Well, now that my exams are over I finally investigated to get the piece out only to find a small screw come out instead.

Has anyone else had such an issue? My laptop runs fine but I'm wondering if it might be the reason my keyboard has more flex to it than I would have hoped in the middle.

I would tear my laptop down but I need the tools to release some of the connections (I tried releasing the battery once with a small metal screw driver and some sparks flew from it.... Luckily everything works fine but stupid me almost had a heart attack).

Isnt it the screw that is located under the memory dimm's?

Thats one of the screws that is holding the keyboard in place.

Nope, checked under there and the screw is still in its place.
