    i just can't believe that

    call dell for a clarification. that's probably just an internal part number, which is more often than not, not especially clear lol

    I think you are fine. The mobo part # should be N18E-G2R which is 2070 Super. Just confirm with the rep handling your case to be sure.

    So Dell rep is clueless, as always.
    My guess here is that it's just a place holder, in case of i7 + RX 5500M configuration, and i9 10980HK and Rx 5500M motherboard is non-existence
    So I’ll just wait to actually get it to see.
