Please read and answer if you got same laptop!

Five days ago i got my Alienware Area-51m i9-9900K RTX 2080 Laptop.

After first use i noticed some strange vibrations under my hands when i was typing or resting hands on area around touchpad.

It looks like fans are not good balanced or as power spikes what causing them to work unbalanced and causing strange vibrations.

Laptop is slightly vibration when the fans are working but there is no sound or anything its just annoying.

Laptop is vibrating when is normal working state, when fans are spining at some low speed. And when is in fulll load there is no vibrations.

I never expirienced anything like this in my whole life and i am pro user of high end laptops!

I dont have same use on my R5 Alienware with 1080 Nvidia graphic card.

This is anoing and frustrating at work.

Service told me it is in fact normal for a machine like this to have vibrations due to the strong fans that it has in order to dissipate the heat generated by the high-end components.

But here are no vibrations when fans are at full RTM only in low RTM and when there is no a lot of heat or anytning to do with real cooling of system.

When you are typing or browsing web you can feel vibrations under your hands.

Actualy vibrations are transfered to whole case.

Does any other owner of this laptop can confirm same problem?

I like to know if this problem is same for all Area-51m i9-9900K RTX 2080 Laptops or only mine?

If there are Area-51m i9-9900K RTX 2080 that work without vibrations i can not accept to have one what vibrates when fans are at slow speed.

    Best Regards,

P.S. Sorry for my bad english

Yeah I don't get ANY vibrations under heavy load with the fans at any RPM. If you can feel the vibrations of the fans then something is not right and it's only a matter of time before that fails.
