    Hi all,

So my 17R4 was working and still is working absolutely fine when connected to my Alienware Amplifier with an RTX 2080 Ti.

However I've been using it as an actual Laptop (for the first time in aaaaaaages!) and it just constantly power limit throttles even though temps are absolutely fine and I'm running at STOCK speeds no overclock.

Can't work out what the problem is and it's driving me nuts!!

All help appreciated and thanks in advance!

Well the situation seems to have fixed itself... I honestly don't know what the hell happened, but it's just suddenly started working and not power limit throttling.... Weird eh?

Hwinfo is the best place imho.

It's an AW. Try go get used on firmware which likes to lead it's own life because it bugges out from time to time.
