    FIXED! If bluetooth, to connect the dualshock 4 (ps4 controller) with any device, press firstly the share-button and than press the plasystation-button and hold bove for about 5seconds. The controller should now blink every 2seconds or something. Now stat bluetooth at your alienware and connect with the controller
