    Hi. I want to use intel xtu to iverclock my alienware 15 r1 intel core i5 4210h cpu. What values are recommended and what values can i safely change. Also i have 8gb of 1600mhz ddr3 ram. Should i upgrade to 1866mhz 16gb kingston ram or what other 16gb ram is compatible with my machine thanks.

    I can answer the RAM part. It won't take anything beyond 1600mhz DDR3L (oficially).

    If you have a single stick of 8GB RAM, then just get a second. Otherwise, check around to see if others have used speedier RAM. For example, the AW17R3 can take 2133-2800MHz, but you have to be wary of which brand.

    And if you can, use Throttlestop, I think that is better to mess with (although using IXTU can be useful for testing).
