The "desktop mode" option does not appear when I right-click on the battery icon. I tried re-installing On screen display package, but nothing changed. Does anyone feel the same?

    Hello,

The desktop mode is a feaure from Windows 10, not from Dell, therefore to enable that battery desktop mode you may be missing Windows updates or have a Windows error.

    Hello,

The OEM version for the Alienware 17 R4, 15 R3 and 13 R3 does not include the desktop mode after escalating the questions to engineering.
