I just got this New Alienware. I get low FPS. This is really pissing me off, spending all this money, and they cannot even provide a normal quality computer to run games (from years ago) at normal FPS rates.

Once when I launched CSGO, a notification window came up, and told me, that my computer has Xbox controller initialized, or whatever it exactly said, and told me the steps to deactivate it. After I deactivated it, the computer ran fine. Now again. I am experiencing low FPS.

It is brand new. How can it have a dust problem?

Not a dust problem - the 6700HQ/6820HK/6820HQ CPUs in some laptops have problems with inconsistent core temps and you could have throttling where 2 cores are at 98*C and the other 2 are at 78*C

    My core temperatures are 42,41,40,41.

And this issue does not always happen. Sometimes it runs smoothly.

What if I downgrade to Windows 7? I do not like 10 anyway, it was forced on me.

I wouldn't downgrade to Windows 7 from 10 as 10 actually runs as fast, or faster, than 7 and is, at least in my mind, a superior operating system. My only issue is the start menu and that's easy enough to fix.

From a security standpoint Windows 10 is superior, I myself prefer Windows 7,so I havn't upgraded.

Reset Windows 10. Disabled Xbox DVR. FPS problem has instantly been solved. Such a waste of time and a horrible OS system.
