It appears to add support for Dominator which will be your OCing app.

I've noticed that they increased the Processor Core IccMax to 110A from 100A on the 7820. I'm also able to undervolt my proc more. It would usually lock up at -0.140V, now it locks up at -0.180V.

is -0.180V with overclocking or just plain stock? and have you stress tested it to ensure stability

Stock multipliers and stress test with OCCT with small data set. I did play around with undervolt and overclocking. Went up 2 steps with an undervolt of -0.130 and the laptop stayed running. Moved up another step (38,39,40,42) and it locked. I did this in about 5 minutes, so not too scientific.

I'm also running with stock paste. I see a 10+ difference between cores 0,2 and 1,3 and temps would hit high 90's. I'll repaste eventually.
