I just received my Alienware 15 which came with 128gb m.2 ssd and 1tb hdd.
Now I have 500gb m.2 ssd that I ordered coming soon and I was wondering whether or not I should keep the 128gb m.2 that came with my laptop.

I heard this ssd is fairly slow compare to other standard ssd's on the market so I am not sure if I should keep it or not.

    Is it worth using 128gb m.2 (for OS) + 500 gb m.2 (games/apps)+ 1tb (files) even though 128 gb m.2 is slow
    or
    should I just run 500gb m.2 (OS/Games/Apps) + 1tb(files)

    thanks in advance

The 128GB will likely be fine for the OS since it involves mostly read operations, it's write operations that smaller SSDs are slower at.
