    1. Does the Alienware Respawn come with a Factory backup pre-made?
    2. Do I, should I, or even can I, put a factory settings backup to a flash drive?
    3. Will the macro keys on and left side of the keyboard be recognized inside the various in-game keymapping menus for use in a game?
    4. Will loading up the SSD boot drive slow it down? Should I disable Hibernate to free up space {I've read Hibernate will write to disk to save current work}?

For number 4 at least you basically always want to leave a certain percentage of the drive free. On a 256GB ssd for example I would leave about 30ish GB free for cache so that the drive won't slow down.

Turn off hibernate. Optionally you could disable system protection if you're an experienced user and you know very well about your PC.
