    Hi everyone

I formatted my Alienware 15R3 today and have been reinstalling everything from Dell Support, but I've noticed some things are no longer there - eg. the Dell Alienware audio app (the one which lets you adjust the audio EQ based on output device and preference) and the Killer wifi/ethernet controls. Whilst I wasn't a huge user of these I'm wondering why they are no longer available.

I installed the three Killer downloads, and the Realtek ALC3266 audio driver, but there have been no additional applications installed.

    Are these no longer available?

For audio driver stick with whatever Dell provides you. Now, for killer wireless and BT, you can download from official site. For BT try W7 driver.

The Alienware sound app I find has to be installed separately. I can't remember exactly where in the folder it is but if you hunt through the realtek drivers folder that you downloaded from Alienware's support site there is separate install for the Alienware sound centre.

I only got Realtek-ALC3266-Audio-Driver_0V67W_WIN_6.0.1.8098_A04 from the Support website. This doesn't appear to install any apps?

Decompress/extract it using 7-zip and run realtek installer if you find inside the package.
