    Hello,

The macro keys on my Alienware 17 do not light up. I can change the color presets in Alienware TactX, but they never light up, not even brief flashes during bootup/POST, even though the rest of they keyboard does.

Any suggestions for getting them to work, or do you think it may be a hardware issue?

    Thanks for any help!

One other thing, is there a utility pre-installed that will update all the alienware drivers/bios/etc?

There isn't. You need to do it manually from our site.

Did you try the AlienFXTester.exe that's on the Command Center's installation folder?

Yes, I tried AlienFXTester.exe. All the keys lit up, except for the macro keys.
