Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Are the GPUs messed up beyond repair?

I haven't been able to switch to the integrated graphics because there's a black screen when Windows boots up.

Well I took out the discrete GPUs and at least it's working now with the integrated graphics. Can't play any games anymore though.
Might try switching them around at some point, one of them might be working still.

One or both are bad. Might be a good time to upgrade. 780M or 780M SLI should provide a nice upgrade.

You can of course continue using it as iGPU.
