Is this a brand new Alienware 15 without any modifications?

Hi all, I've just bought an Alienware 15 ANW15-7493SLV. To make it short, it's a 1TB 5400RPM + 256GB SSD model. However when it arrived the seal was broken.

When I open the laptop, I also go through initial windows 8.1 setup. I found these strange things:

1. C Partition named "Windows", D Partition named "DATA"
2. No factory image restore partition to be found anywhere

I wonder if other owners also get the same thing? If yes:

A. How can I make a fully factory restore my Alienware 15?

nothing to worry about, the recovery image need to be done by alienware respawn using a USB.

 

Thanks judal57, when I try to Shift + Click Reset Button, after running factory restore, my laptop looks the same as if factory reset has never happened. All old files and apps are kept. I wonder if I need to do any additional steps?
