As shown in the title I accidentally deleted all uefi boot options
Whenever I try to create new one it says no media drivers
I tried restoring BIOS sittings and didn’t help
I tried reflashing BIOS and nothing
I was able to install windows via legacy mood but I would love to use UEFI over that
Note. All my drivers are clean and has no os system on them

    Thanks

Disable secure boot and use a USB drive with Boot repair x64 ISO burned to it and Try recommended repair to get working.

    Did you try restoring BIOS?

I get the impression Alienware Laptops have dual bios since they include instructions for situations where the system will not post

    https://www.dell.com/support/articl...-bios-update-on-an-alienware-computer?lang=en

full power sweep clean and holding Fn key during power on seems to be the trick.

Outside of that, these options may be system specific, which will either require a lot of research or maybe just calling dell.

If system is still under warranty, do NOT tell them you did this to yourself. Just tell them it stopped booting and they will eventually conclude some repair is needed.

Delete all boot entries. Then reset bios for a new boot order often fixes it. You also can make your own UEFI entry by just browsing to the right boot folder on your drive.

I did the battery draining then power+FN and it took me to the Bios hardware checking test and came up with a conclusion that system is functioning normally

While I was searching for solutions Online, someone said the only solution is to download the motherboard manufacturer UEFI Firmware sittings which seems to be Impossible to find

I contacted dell And after 45 minutes of troubleshooting they couldn’t figure out how to create a new UEFI boot option and needed to escalate the case to a higher level technician which is going to take about three to four days

I don’t understand why it is so difficult, I mean a Factory default bios restoring should be enough to solve the issue

All boot options are deleted except ‘Onboard NIC IPV6&IPV4’ As they can only be disabled.
Now if I go to file browser add boot option, it says warning no media device return to boot menu
If there is another way to add boot options can you please share them so I can try to

    thanks

Was the OS from Dell installed in RAID mode? Then you need to switch to RAID and use add file boot option to find the HDD/SSD EFI partition or simply ESP and bootx64.efi or some windows.efi

    Did OP find solution?

I am also wondering if maybe his motherboard isn't defective. Hopefully its still under warranty.

Its jsut a configuration error. hard to troubleshoot it for him. I had this myself and could revert it but thats months ago and Im not going to erase my UEFI boot entry just to troubleshoot for others :D

You need 4 partitions on your disk if you're using UEFI; ESP,16MB MSR partition,Windows Data partition aka C drive and Recovery partition of 500MB.
If ESP is missing then most mbr fixes are useless since you need ESP for UEFI and secure boot to function correctly.

At least, if all fails, or you're desperate, send the laptop back to Dell, and let them repair it onsite.

It must have deleted both Bios because I was fighting with mine the last few days and even though I deleted a boot option it returned in the menu the nev=xt time I tried to install Windows. I found that when changing boot options in the bios that the initial screens would flash 2x as though it was jumping from 1 to the next bios and then to boot.
