Hey Guys, For weeks I've been frustrated that I couldn't see this in real time well finally I found the answer in Safety settings. You will need to disable "EC support" and then it will be added to the bottom of all your sensors I believe. It also handily shows you FPS and a "Temp 5" which I'm not sure what that is :O

    Enjoy!

Alienware have to rely on 3rd party software. Then why should DELL bother with such?
I think Asus also have fan control now. Alongside with... Acer, Gigabyte, MSI, Lenovo, Aorus and Clevo. I may have forgotten some

@Pete Light - no need to check EC support, I believe hwinfo will give you a warning that monitoring the EC will slow down the whole system and give latency problem.

Fan control button works without EC support checked.

Stop trolling the AW just because you have an MSI laptop now designed for 12 year olds! :D

Actually not, I have almost decided to return the MSI as I mentioned before because of a combination of its design (or lack of :D ), all the bloatware, the PSU connector and the keyboard layout from hell. To give credit to MSI though, unlike AWs heat problem, the MSI actually seem to work very well (as advertised). MSI never claimed it to be a subtle design with a standard keyboard layout etc. so in this case it is more a "it's not you, it's me" situation.
