To my dismay I did not recieve geforce bundle because placed order on 15th OCT and looked at promo at it wasnt "active" until 16th OCT good luck talking with tech support about not recieving it they have no clue what it is. Additionally I dont think my sales person set up my Dell Advantage Rewards account properly because havent recieved my 5% back and when I check online account it is asking me to sign up for dell rewards. *sighz* not worth at for me at this point, rather not be going back and forth with dell on phone for 2 hours just for $50. You might as well kiss those rewards goodbye, there may be hope for you for the free game...

Got mine 16 days after I received my laptop. I did not notice it until two weeks after that because they sent it by email and it got caught by my junk filter. Even then I was skeptical and had to check it out to make sure it was real and not some trick. Also this thing expires 3 months after it is sent so watch out for it.

I gave up on the bullets or blades tonight. I was hoping to get the key and just download Assassins. Instead had to sign up for Uplay which I will probably rarely ever use. Then did the jumping through hoops and I'm not seeing a game in my "Games" profile. Oh well I really don't care but figured it was free so I'd try it.

Yeah. Dell sends you an email for "My locker" to get the key. If you already have a my locker account then it should be in there. It has to be redeemed by January 6th.

I have experienced this same problem. It is obvious from this forum that DEll is doing this to multiple people and that they have no interest in righting this wrong. I recommend that you file complaints with the BBB followed by complaints to your state attorney general. You will never get past the Dell India wall through conventional methods. Here is an email thread I currently have open with Dell.

    Sent to Dell on 2/11/16
From now on I request that any further contact be done via email so that I may keep our contact documented in case legal action is required. On 12/24/15 I decided to buy an alienware laptop from Dell's website. Part of this decision was based on the 3 promotions offered with the laptop. One of the promotions was Bullets or Blades GEforce GTX Bundle: Get Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Rainbow Six Siege. The second promotion was 10% rebate plus 2 day free shipping when you sign up for a Dell Advantage and Dell Preferred account. The third promotion was for a free Xbox controller. As of today, only the Xbox controller promotion has been honored. Many hours have been wasted talking, emailing, and instant messaging Dell over this issue. Dell so far has ignored the rebate issue and as for the free game, all they offer is a coupon that requires an additional purchase. The following paragraphs will outline and prove how Dell failed to honor their advertising and how I expect them to make it right.

The first promotion Dell failed to offer was Bullets or Blades GEforce GTX Bundle designated item # 800-BBKV by Dell and advertised on their website as late as my alienware purchase on 12/24/15. Dell's own website now states that that this offer expired on 12/11/15( http://www.dell.com/support/Article/us/en/19/SLN299559/EN). Dell was still advertising this promotion 2 weeks after it expired. It was in the item list that became available online to me the day of purchase and the day that the laptop was delivered.
Since the deal expired before it was promoted I did not receive it. I also didn't get an explanation or notice that I would not receive it. On 1/8/16 I sent a Dell Support Request: Report a Missing, Wrong, or Damaged order/item. On 1/11/16 I received a reply back from Shree J Bhavya that he would process a request for replacement of item # 800-BBKV. Bhavya stated in the email that I should expect to receive the item in the next 8 business days though the order status page said 1/27/16. On 1/26/16 I had not received the item and I reached out via instant messaging to Dell inquiring about it. By this time I had done a little research online and discovered that item # 800-BBKV is sent via email and not physically delivered. I connected to Lilith Kashyap via instant messaging and I explain the situation to her. First, she has to apologize for the long delay in her responses because she is instant messaging with multiple people. After a long period she finally tells me that I have to call Dell's customer service line and get help there. I call the number and I am connected to a woman that refused to give me her name. After telling her my situation, she tells me that I will receive my item tomorrow. I try to explain that it is delivered by email but she kept insisting that it will be delivered via package tomorrow. I tell her that I want to speak to a supervisor and she then simulates a transfer by staying silent then after a minute she gets back on pretending to be a supervisor. I tell her that I know what she is doing and I started repeating supervisor over and over again until she finally makes a real transfer(I know this because the on hold music played this time) to a man claiming to be the supervisor. I explain the entire situation again. The supervisor finally tells me that the offer expired and he offered me $75 credit in compensation. At this point I was livid with my horrendous customer service experience and demanded to talk to his supervisor. He then transfers me to the a random technical service person who transfers me to a dead line. At this point, I submit a complaint to the BBB. I am currently dealing with Sajith Narayananan from Dell. So far all he has offered is hollow apologies with no explanation and a coupon for $75 that requires an additional purchase. I reject any offer of compensation that requires me to pay Dell additional money. I informed Sajith Narayanan of this in an email sent on 2/11/16. After reviewing Dell's website I found that they sell one of the games offered in the Bullets or Blades GEforce GTX Bundle. It is Ubisofts Assassin's Creed Syndicate (Day 1) Manufacturer Part # UBP60811060 and Dell Part # A8593337 for #59.99. Dell can right their original wrong by offering this item free of charge to me. It is also less than the $75 coupon offered which is more than fair.

The second promotion offered in my laptop purchase was the 10% rebate. The offer stipulated that I be a Dell Advantage member and that I make the purchase with my Dell Preferred account(which I did). I signed up for Dell advantage then I made the purchase. This can be proven by the fact that I received free 2 day shipping which is included in the Dell Advantage rewards program. Though not originally included in my BBB complaint I did bring this up in a phone call with Sajith Narayanan who promised me that he would look into it. There has been no response on this matter. All I want is for the rebate to be honored.

In my case alone, there is a clear pattern of false advertising and constant deception following the purchase. With the exception of the phone calls I have documented and kept copies of all email and instant messaging correspondence with Dell. I have also made copies of order status and item lists linked to my purchase on Dell's website. There is clear evidence that Dell has violated Texas Business and Commerce Code §§ 17.45 and 17.46. I am preparing to make a complaint to the Texas Attorney General and I as a last resort I will explore legal options using Texas Business and Commerce Code §§ 17.50(b)(1) and Code §§ 17.50(d). This can all be avoided if Dell will just honor their advertising. I am not asking for anything unreasonable just what I was promised. Dell needs to stop wasting my time and theirs and fix their deceit. I will close my complaint with the BBB and will issue no further complaints or action if Dell makes good on their advertising by a) giving me the Ubisofts Assassin's Creed Syndicate (Day 1) Manufacturer Part # UBP60811060 and Dell Part # A8593337, and b) honoring the rebate for my 12/24 laptop purchase. If those terms are met then I will deem this situation resolved. If Dell wants to keep me as a customer they will have to do more by offering me an explanation of why they decided to treat a loyal customer for 18 years the way they did and offer extra compensation for the horrible treatment. The worst is I was born and raised in central Texas and it shames me that a hometown company that I used to admire has fallen so low.

    Sent to Dell on 2/16/16
I just got off the phone with Sajith Narayanan and he refuses to do anything but offer a $75 coupon that requires an additional purchase. He tried to lie and say it was a credit. He refused to look into my Dell Advantage account saying I had no proof. It is apparent that he has no interest in righting the situation or providing adequate customer service. The BBB complaint will remain open and a complaint will now be issued to the Texas Attorney General Office. Legal recourse is being explored and will be executed if need be.

If you check the bottom of your email from Dell sales confirmation, Dell does note that all offers may can change without notice...

The bullets and blade promo was included in the item list after purchase so Dell is obligated to honor it. The rebate promotion is still being offered to this day so there is no excuse for that not to be honored. Dell's strategy is to obstruct, delay and hope it is not worth your time. If there was no legal basis for them to honor the promotions then they would not have offered me anything. The offers they have made don't come close to what they promoted. There is even a forum dedicated to this subject on Dell's website. It appears that they will not allow new posts on that thread since none of mine made it.
