    Hi folks,

    I've done ebay/amazon/dell.
    Dell won't help me because I don't have a US shipping address.

    Here in the Philippines, there's no stock for our dell affiliate (because Alienware's such a premium =\)


    Third party sites with recommendations are very much welcome now.



    The issue is ... just the other night, I was using my laptop normally. shut it down. Next morning suddenly it has experienced permanent failure. Battery is derected, has 79% charge, not charging, not feeding power.

    I also need a replacement "tactx" macro keys. Would like to know where to buy. Why? The LED ribbon broke @_@ I've unplugged the LED ribbon from the board and the keys work. Just that, they don't light up.
