    Has Anyone Tried The Thunderbolt/USB C Port?

    I can't get it to work. I bought a Sabrent USB C to SATA 2.5 inch HDD adapter and the best I can do is get it to recognize the drive (most times) and copy folder names but not much else. It could definitely be the fault of the Sabrent adapter.

    Anyone had success using this port?

    It works perfectly fine when connected to my Nexus 6P.

    I think even if I told you mine did it wouldn't help in determining whether yours worked.

    I would suggest updating chipset and the TB controller drivers and see if that helps. Otherwise my finger is pointed to the Sabrent converter, I've on more than one occasion had very 'mixed bag' results with anything to do with drive enclosures or 'converter' cables like made by them.

    I'm using a usbc to USB 3.1 x2 and USB 2.0 x1 adapter and it works brilliantly
