    very glad with it till 2 month ago,
    motherboard had an occasional breakwdown
    that Dell cannot repair, and propose me a new AW17R2 ( free of charge)

    AW17 2013--------AW17R2 2015

    I7-4800MQ-------->I7-4980HQ
    screen HD--------> same
    NVIDIA 780M------> 980M
    mem 16GB---------> 16GB
    SSD 256GB--------> SSD 512GB
    HD 750GB 7200RPM-->1TB 7200RPM
    internal DVDrw----> external DVDrw
    insurance 4 years--> 3 years
    psu 240W-----------> psu 180W

    i got the new one last week, and
    VERY HAPPY with Dell
    :)

    I have to give back Dell the whole AW17 2013, including psu 240w ...

    (PSU 180W seems enough for my needs, no slowing down when gaming Skyrim.)

    That's awesome! We're glad that our proposal was good for you.
    I appreciate the time you took to start this thread just to thank DELL for the support you have received.

    This afternoon, LTM carrier sent by DTW logistics, got my AW17 ranger 2013
    back to Dell.

    still free of charge.

    that's a really good service, Dell.
