    Hi, everyone

I currently have a problem, whenever I update my Geforce GTX980M driver (while the GA is disconnect), or when I first boot after disconnecting the GA, the Intel Iris 5200 crashes and then disables itself.

The only way then to fix this issue is to :

    1. Uninstall every single piece of nvidia driver software (including the driver itself)
    2. Enable the Iris device in the device manager
    3. Install the new nvidia geforce driver as a new installation (fast install does not work)

It then works fine until I either update the driver again (using fast install or without initially uninstalling the previous driver) or connect, then disconnect the GA later.

While my computer Alienware 17R2 is on Windows 10, it is supposed to work with this operating system (or so dell states) and it is installed with the latest drivers (including the latest Iris driver)

I am rather tired of this annoyance, does anyone have the same issue ? Does anyone know how to fix this ? (short of reinstalling the whole OS and hoping for the issue to be fixed), I tried uninstalling everything from nvidia using DDU but it didn't fix the issue.

This computer was already an exchange from a faulty AW18, I am tired of contacting Dell technical support regarding issues on my computers, especially as they have to send at least 5 technicians to my house every time before allowing for a full replacement (at least that's what's happened the last time).
