    hi people,
Have have an Alienware 15 r3 with a i7 6700hq and was wondering if it’s even worth buying a graphics card to use in my amplifier
I want to get a 1070ti for it but don’t know if my cpu will let it down and don’t know anyone with a graphics card to borrow to do some testing to see if it’s worth it
    Any info will be appreciated

Depends what your current GPU is. If you have a model with the 1070GTX it will barely improve.

If you have a 1060 it is quite an improvement but I still would wait for the next gen Nvidia gpu's.

    I have a 13 R3 with a 6700HQ even with a 1080Ti in the Graphics Amplifier there haven't been a ton of bottlenecking issues.
